A Message from Principal Jaramillo:
Dear Wescove Wallaby Families-
It is with great pride and enthusiasm that I write this letter to you as the principal of Wescove Elementary School. I am truly honored to be a part of this school community and to work in partnership with you to provide a safe, welcoming school environment and an academically excellent learning program for our students. Although we have had limited interactions thus far during the 2020-2021 school year, I can assure you that behind the scenes, our teachers and staff have and continue to work tirelessly to support our young learners.
This school year has certainly been different from the traditional school years we are accustomed to, but I am truly pleased by the progress we have made this year and look forward to the ongoing opportunities we have to better our practice and become more creative in the ways we support and engage with our students.
I am fully committed to supporting our Wescove Community and aim to maintain a strong, collaborative relationship with our students and families. Ongoing and timely communication is essential. Please continue to check our school website and social media accounts for the latest information. If you haven’t downloaded the Parent Square app, we encourage you to do so. Weekly communication from the principal, posts from classroom teachers and other important information and reminders are sent through Parent Square. I am sure you will find this app to be a great tool for two-way communication between home and school! And, as always, our office personnel are available by phone and email to address any questions or concerns you may have. We can be reached at (626) 938-4870.
Thank you for your ongoing support and cooperation. Stay safe.
