Wescove school students participate in various after school clubs throughout the school year.  These clubs allow students to practice content in different curriculum areas, as well as practicing speaking and listening skills by participating in group activities and communicating with other students.

After School Clubs

Art Club

Students participating in Art club use different media and different techniques to express themselves through art. We use paint, clay, chalks, pastels, to create different projects. Students then discuss their art in small groups and with the art teacher to work on their communication skills.

Games Club

Students participating in Games club practice different skills such as math and language arts, through the use of games. They work collaboratively to solve problems, and practice strategy and critical thinking skills, as well as communication skills.

Stem Club

Students participating in the Stem club meet once a week to participate in STEM challenges.
