Parent Conference Week is November 2-6. This is an opportunity for parents/guardians to meet with your student's teacher to discuss your student's progress and review your student's first trimester report card. Please make sure that you have contacted your student's teacher to set up a date/time to meet during this week. Parent conferences will be held virtually through the Google Meets app.
Please remember, all week we will be on early dismissal for grades TK, K, 1 and 2, to allow teachers to conference with parents in the afternoons. Also, students will have no school on Friday to allow for parents to set up conferences during the school day.
A copy of your child's report card will be sent home after parent conferences are held. These first-trimester report cards will be digitally sent to all parents via ParentSquare on Friday, November 6th starting at 4 p.m. To access your student's report card, you will need to watch for an email with a link to access the report card. If you have not already done so, please register with Parent Square to ensure you are able to access the report card successfully. (See attachment for Parent Square details).
